Aaron Vaughn DDS, MS
Dr. Vaughn grew up in a military family, but spent the majority
if his childhood right here in San Antonio.

Dr. Lisa Alvarado was born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX. |
Dr. Vaughn attended both Cole Jr./Sr. High School and San
Antonio College. He then spent a year at Ricks College in the shadow of the
Teton mountains before finishing his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young
University. He came home in 1997 to attend Dental School at the UT Health
Science Center. After graduation, Dr. Vaughn completed a 1 year Advanced
Education in General Dentistry residency at the Audie L. Murphy hospital in San
Antonio. His next major venture was to do an endodontic specialty residency at
Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned a Masters degree in June, 2005.
Dr. Vaughn also holds a part-time position as Clinical Assistant Professor in
the Department of Endodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
Dr. Alvarado began her college education at Trinity University
in San Antonio prior to transferring to Texas A&M University in order to receive
her B.S. in Biomedical Science in 1998. Lisa entered the UTHSCSA Dental School
receiving her DDS degree and graduating magna cum laude in 2003. She then
entered an AEGD residency program affiliated with the South Texas Veterans
Health Care System and based in the Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio.
Her AEGD training confirmed her interest in Endodontics and she completed a
second year of training while applying for an Endodontic residency position.
Lisa received her Certificate in Endodontics from UTHSCSA Dental School in 2007.
Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband Sergio and their son Sergio, Jr. She
also enjoys shopping, watching movies, and playing with her two dogs.
