COVID-19 UPDATE

Vaughn Endodontics (root canal specialists) is open to serve you. Root canal specialists (Endodontists), oral surgeons and other dental professionals have been asked to remain open to take care of dental infections and toothaches.

Delayed treatment of a toothache could cause serious medical complications, and unnecessarily burden our crowded hospitals.

We will continue with universal precautions and infection control throughout our office as always. This includes but is not limited, to using surface barriers and disinfecting all surfaces in our office throughout the day. We receive and follow updates by the CDC (Center of Disease Control) and the Texas Dental Board regularly, and we implement and follow the changes that are recommended.

We are taking every precaution necessary to limit the exposure of any virus within our office and we ask that you help us by participating in these precautions.

IF YOU ARE ABLE, PLEASE USE OUR SECURE LINK ON THIS WEBSITE TO REGISTER FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT; THIS WILL LIMIT TOUCH POINTS AT YOUR APPOINTMENT.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL TO OUR OFFICE, WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO COVER YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE WITH YOUR MASK AND USE THE HAND SANITIZER WE HAVE PROVIDED.

OUR PENS AND CLIP BOARDS ARE SANITIZED AFTER EACH USE.

IF USING THE RESTROOM OR EXITING AND REENTERING OUR OFFICE, WE ASK THAT YOU USE THE HAND SANITIZER PROVIDED UPON REENTRY.

PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING A FEVER, COUGH, OR DIFFICULTY BREATHING.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING ALONG WITH WEARING MASKS ARE IMPORTANT IN MITIGATING THE SPREAD OF THIS CORONA VIRUS. ALONG WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF WEARING A MASK, WE LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN OUR OFFICE AND TREATMENT ROOMS AND YOU WILL NOTICE DESIGNATED CHAIRS FOR SEATING.

WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION AND PARTICIPATION,

IN OUR EFFORT TO KEEP US ALL AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE.

Thank You,

Dr. Aaron Vaughn, Dr. Saeed Bayat, Dr. Giselle Eitter and Staff

Our Tradition

Our office was built in 1958 by Dr. H.P. Lundblade, one of the first Endodontists (root canal specialist) to graduate from an accredited endodontic specialty program in the US. At the time, the next closest endodontists were in New Orleans or Los Angeles.

Dr. Lundblade also served as Mayor of Castle Hills, TX for over 23 years, and is a former Director of Castle Hills National Bank. In 2003 the office underwent a major renovation to keep up with all of the advances in technology we have seen in recent years. The office was closed for two months to make all of the changes. Except for the time needed for remodeling, this is the longest continually operating endodontic specialty office in the state of Texas.

Root Canal Treatment

A root canal is one of the most common dental procedures with well over 14 million performed every year. This simple treatment can save your natural teeth and prevent the need for dental implants or bridges.
